VOXPEERS Tourist is not a subscription. You buy a pack of listener hours, and it is used up while your guests are listening. No tour running, nothing is used – and your credit never expires.
What gets used is what your guests actually hear — minute by minute. A guest who listens for 20 minutes uses 20 minutes. Ten guests who each listen for 20 minutes use 200 minutes between them, i.e. 3 hours and 20 minutes. How long you yourself speak makes no difference: only the time on your guests’ side is counted.
A city tour lasts two hours. A guest who listens to the whole tour uses two listener hours. That costs you:
As a rule of thumb, we therefore reckon on about one franc per guest. Shorter tours cost correspondingly less, longer ones more.
Every pack you buy is valid indefinitely and never expires — there is no expiry date. Your packs also carry over through periods when you run no tours. If you have several packs, the oldest one is used first.
The credit belongs to your company, not to an individual login. Once you have made a purchase, you can invite guides; all of the company’s guides draw on the same credit. If someone changes jobs, only their access changes, not the credit.
You can only buy packs in the VOXPEERS app, via the App Store or the Google Play Store. Nothing can be bought on this website. This isn’t a matter of convenience: Apple and Google require digital services for their apps to be billed through their own purchasing systems. That’s why there is no invoice and no shopping basket here. You receive your receipt from the respective store.

All prices are non-binding recommended retail prices in Swiss francs, including any applicable VAT, subject to change. What you actually pay is shown by the App Store or Play Store in your local currency — the stores convert the amounts themselves and round them according to their own price tiers.
